Join Lifespan for A Matter of Balance. This evidence-based program is designed to reduce the fear of falling, increase physical activity levels, and increase confidence. Promotes balance, strengthening, flexibility, range of motion, and problem-solving. This class is a combination of gentle group exercise and group discussion. We cover the physical, behavioral, and environmental hazards most commonly associated with falls. Registration is required.
