Join us for A Matter of Balance! This evidence-based program is designed to reduce the fear of falling, increase confidence levels, and to incorporate gentle stretching exercises for better balance, range of motion, and flexibility. This class is half discussion, half exercise, and includes a home safety checklist, fall attitudes survey, and guest health speaker. Participants receive books and light refreshments. Registration is required.
