Powerful Tools for Caregivers (series 11)

Are you struggling to balance life while caring for a loved one?

Join us in person for Powerful Tools for Caregivers every Thursday from 1:30 - 3:30 PM beginning October 5th through November 9th.
Dates: Thursday October 5, 12, 19, and 26, November 2, and 9

This 6-week educational program focuses on the needs of family caregivers of individuals with chronic conditions. Family caregivers develop a variety of self-care tools to:
- Reduce personal stress
- Change negative self-talk
- Communicate their needs to family members and healthcare providers
- Communicate more effectively in challenging situations
- Deal with difficult feelings
- Make tough caregiving decisions

Class participants also receive a copy of The Caregiver Helpbook, developed specifically for the class. This is a free class for family caregivers of someone with a chronic illness and/or dementia.
