A Matter of Balance

Join us on ZOOM every Monday through August 2nd from 1-3:00 PM
Dates: Monday July 10, 17, 24, 31, August 2

Designed to assist older adults to reduce their fear of falling, increase their confidence levels, and increase physical activity. Promotes balance, strengthening, flexibility, range of motion. Workshop is a combination of gentle group exercise and group discussion. Environmental hazards in the home are highlighted through a home safety checklist.

This wellness offering is sponsored by the Finger Lakes Caregiver Institute at Lifespan and funded in part by a grant from the New York State Department of Health. With a special invitation to caregivers and people living with memory loss, the series is open to all who seek to enhance their own physical/mental well-being.
