Simple balance exercises - seated and standing (or remain seated throughout). Improve balance through simple movements designed to build strength, flexibility, and range of motion. All abilities expected and welcome.

With a special invitation to caregivers and people living with memory loss, the series is open to all who seek to enhance their own physical/mental well-being.
