Tai chi for Health Online

Mondays and Wednesdays, 12-12:45pm, January 23-March 15 on ZOOM

Evidence-based program developed by Dr. Lam, with the Tai Chi for Health Institute. Improves balance, reduces the risk of falling, and reduces pain, stiffness, and decreased range of motion associated with arthritis. Slow, gentle, relaxing movements can be done seated or standing.   Note: you do not need to have arthritis to benefit from this class.
