Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is an evidence-based fall prevention program centered around strength, balance, and fitness for adults age 65 and older. Sessions are one-hour in length and offered twice per week for a total of eight weeks.

Registration is being handled by the Gates Senior Center. Please call Cindy Briggs at 585-429-8236 to register.
