This class meetings every Tuesday from 1-3:30 pm for six weeks beginning Tuesday, January 14th through Tuesday, February 18th.

Living Healthy with Diabetes addresses physical, emotional, and social impacts of living with or caring for someone with Type 2 diabetes, and healthy strategies for remaining active. The classes cover factors impacting blood sugar, monitoring blood glucose, foot care, avoiding complications, and menu planning.
$25 contribution is suggested to cover class materials and snacks.
