Tai chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is an evidence-based program developed by Dr. Lam with the Tai chi for Health Institute. Follows the Sun Style of Tai Chi, and is designed to improve balance, reduce the risk of falling, and to reduce pain, stiffness, and decreased range of motion associated with arthritis. Slow, gentle, relaxing movements that can be done seated or standing.
